With proper care, a single band can last for years of daily use without losing significant grip strength. If used a few times a week, we recommend replacing your band every two seasons.

Always store your band with the velcro fastened — this keeps dust and hair out and preserves the grip. The same applies when washing. With this simple habit, your velcro can withstand up to 10,000 open-and-close cycles.

Good news — your bands don't need regular washing. But if you want to give them a refresh, simply fasten the velcro and pop them in the machine at 40°C.

NOTAPE can be used directly on the shin pad or over the socks — whatever feels most comfortable for you.
